Hello!

My name is Gabriel Fornaeus. I work as a Systems Technician/Internal IT at Unibap. I mostly deal with configuring webservers, DNS-servers and automating stuff with saltstack.

I like to create things and consider myself a maker, so I helped start a makerspace, where I'm now vice chairman, Uppsala Makerspace.

I'm also vice chairman of Birdie, a non-profit that hosts a large(1000+ visitors) LAN-party in Uppsala, Sweden.

I prefer to use Debian on my servers and Arch Linux on my workstations. I've got a cat, a motorcycle and a robotic vacuum cleaner named Berta. I also enjoy playing with my home-automation setup or reading.

I play Dungeons and Dragons, a pen and paper RPG with dice and funny voices.
